The house also has an HRV system so helps to keep the place nice and dry/fresh.- The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher. We have a large pantry and 2 fridges.The house is on a private section, we have fruit trees (plums, pears, feijoas, grapes, blackberries, strawberries, lemons, olives, limes etc) and a vege garden. There is a nice area out the back with a picnic table and BBQ.We are looking for someone who always pays their rent on time, is preferably a full time worker, and doesn't smoke (although we may be able to negotiate outside smoking only). No drugs, but we don't mind the odd drink or two :) You must be able to clean up after yourself, and must have been flatting before.The rent of $140 p/w includes your room, power, phone (local calls) and internet (we have 200GB p/m), rubbish, water, basic cleaning supplies such as loo paper, cleaning products etc and firewood for the winter. Buy your own food.We ask for 2 weeks bond and 1 week in advance.
